All orders for our premium phone holders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our international facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We provide international shipping to ensure our products reach our customers in Singapore efficiently.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Poltava, Ukraine.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to Singapore is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Singapore. No handling or additional delivery fees apply at checkout.

Tax & Customs Information

  • GST & Import Duties: For orders shipped to Singapore, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other import duties as determined by Singapore Customs.
